Dr. Benjamin Flores is professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Texas El Paso and PI of the Texas Regional Collaborative section of the NSF INCLUDES Aspire Alliance. He has over 25 years of managing STEM education research and training programs with more than 40 million in the research portfolio since 2005, he has been the PI and director of the University of Texas system, Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation, and also the University of Texas system Bridge to Doctorate Program.
